Ejecuta Transform Pages y guarda el archivo exactamente como TransformPages.xml.Run Transform Pages and save the file exactly as TransformPages.xml.

Exporta Forms.xmlExport Forms.xml

Exporta el formulario 21 desde Object Designer como XML, llámalo Forms.xml y guárdalo junto a TransformPages.xml.Export Form 21 from Object Designer as XML, name it Forms.xml and save it beside TransformPages.xml.
